The pool desk publishes hours, towel service, and cabana times. Guests reserve from the room, and the desk sees which stay asked.
Hours change with the season. A cabana is a timed hold, not a note left at the towel hut. The desk saves the day's window once, and every open stay screen shows the same hours, the towel point, and the cabanas still free.
On the desk
